MACDEV Lot 11BA. This house lot represents unbelievable value! No section for sale, but a great building option. This two storey near new home (332sqm floor area approx)is currently located in Brooklands in Christchurch's residential red zone, and will be completely deconstructed by Mac Developments, then rebuilt on your section by the builder of your choice.

You do not need a section to purchase. Bring the cheque book, a 10% deposit secures your house lot. Balance due when packed up ready to go. The buyer is responsible for transportation costs to the new site/storage.

The house lot will be deconstructed: all joinery, windows, doors, bathroom, laundry equipment etc will be neatly stacked in a container, and trusses and frames need to be transported via truck.

What is included with most lots: frames, trusses, roof, double glazed windows, all doors, kitchen, bathroom and ensuite joinery, some appliances, toilets. Wiring will be bundled up for reuse. Plumbing (pipes remain in the walls and will be cut at the top of the frames for reconnection). CD with everything submitted to council when the house was originally built.

What is not included with most lots: bricks (optional), gib, carpet.

Depending on timeframes and location of your section, Daryl and his experienced team can rebuild it partially or right through to turn-key stage, or you can choose your own builder.

Viewing times are normally on Saturday afternoon and the times and addresses are advised through our weekly mail-outs. My contact number is 021 480 250. Walk through the homes before they are deconstructed. Site-safe practices in place, sturdy footwear required.
