After moving to New Zealand, Pausina gained valuable experience in hospitality across Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch, strengthening her communication and customer service skills while working with people from diverse backgrounds. She has now returned to her passion for real estate, bringing together her previous property experience and the people skills she has developed in New Zealand.

A proud mother of a son and daughter, Pausina understands that a home is more than just a property. It is where families grow, memories are made and new chapters begin. Having built a new life in New Zealand herself, she brings empathy, patience and genuine understanding to her clients’ property journeys.

With Hokkien as her mother tongue, Pausina also speaks Indonesian and English, allowing her to connect with people from different cultures and backgrounds. Now with Ray White, she is committed to providing friendly, honest and professional service while building genuine and lasting relationships with her clients.
