Pausina brings a genuine, warm, and people-focused approach to real estate, supported by previous experience in residential property sales in Indonesia.

Her real estate journey began in Indonesia, where she worked as a property broker, helping clients with residential property sales, buyer enquiries, property viewings, negotiations, and follow-ups.

After moving to New Zealand, Pausina decided to continue her passion for property and build her real estate career in a new country. She completed the New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Level 4) and obtained her New Zealand Real Estate Salesperson Licence, developing her knowledge of New Zealand property legislation, professional standards, and local real estate practices.

Having personally experienced building a new life in a different country, Pausina understands the importance of patience, trust, and clear communication when making important property decisions. She enjoys meeting people from different cultures and takes the time to listen and understand each client’s individual needs.

Hokkien is Pausina’s mother tongue, and she also speaks Indonesian and English. Her multicultural background allows her to connect naturally with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including migrant and Asian communities.

Now with Ray White, Pausina is excited to continue growing her real estate career in New Zealand. She is committed to providing honest, friendly, and dedicated service while building genuine and lasting relationships with her clients.
